Customer loyalty

Air New Zealand’s done this as long as I can remember.

They don’t give you a lot on domestic flights – a smile, some water, coffee or tea and a biscuit reminiscent of the hard tack that Captain Cook’s sailors survived on.

But you always get a lolly before you land.

And if there’s a littley on the flight, they get anointed as Honorary Crew Member for the day and dish out the lollies.

They don’t always get to wear bits of the uniform, though..

Now, is this girl ever going to to fly anyone else than Air New Zealand?

Yeah, nah, didn’t think so either…..
