New Zealand’s come a long way since the days of my youth when 1lb blocks of Mild and Tasty cheese (indistinguishable in both appearance and taste from lumps of soap) were all you could buy, but mozzarella and ricotta that taste Italian were as rare as hens’ teeth.
Not any more.
