The white stuff’s probably snow.


Here in NotNelson, the white stuff is a pavlova, a New Zealand invention consisting of egg whites and sugar (beaten and baked), whipped cream and berries from the Hellyer PYO berry farm.

Cousin Shirl’s husband, Tony, reckoned that it was the best pav he’d ever eaten.

I think he was after seconds….
